Tour and Race series trailers with a renewed design have been developed especially for the transport of snowmobiles in harsh northern conditions. The front part of the trailer is covered with plastic, which protects the trailer from stones flying under the wheels of the car. The large 15-inch lamellar tires allow the trailer to be used more comfortably on the terrain.

The trailer is covered with a Duplex (hot-dip galvanizing + paint) surface protection system, which ensures C5 corrosion protection category and is many times more durable than Magnelis® or regular HDG coating.
The trailer is manufactured using hot-dip galvanized and painted sheet metal suitable for Nordic conditions from SSAB, the world's largest and most environmentally friendly manufacturer of special and high-grade steels.
In addition to being practical, the trailer looks stylish and is as easy to wash as a car.

The Tour and Race aluminum trailer cover is the ideal choice for users who need reliable and durable protection for their motorcycle equipment - be it snowmobiles, ATVs or other equipment that needs protection from the weather or prying eyes.

The cover is made of black aluminum sheet, to which forms and bends are added to achieve rigidity and stability. Special profiles and tubes achieve maximum durability without excess weight - the result is a sporty, weatherproof and visually attractive aluminum cover.

The ramp designed for the aluminum lid is covered with durable ribbed plastic, which ensures grip and safety even in slippery conditions. The ramp, which can be used as a driveway, is convenient to use and does not require additional equipment for loading and unloading.

LED lighting ensures better visibility of the trailer in all situations - the kit includes rear lights, reversing lights, interior light and additional lights located on the lid, which increase safety and visibility even in the dark.

The lid shock absorber locking box adds security by holding the lid securely in place when open during loading. The weather-protected gas shock absorbers ensure a long life and reliability even in extreme weather conditions, allowing the lid to open and close smoothly at all times.

Leaf suspension with shock absorbers mitigates the effect of potholes on the trailer and improves driving characteristics. Waterproof hubs ensure a longer life for the bearings. The plastic cover of the mudguard inside the trailer protects the sled skis when driving over. The cargo box is equipped with strap loops on the inside to secure the load, which are attached to the bottom and side posts of the trailer. The tiltable cargo box and fully welded frame tailgate allow the trailer to be used for loading and unloading motorized vehicles (sled, ATV, lawn tractor, etc.).
