Description
Black Duplex on esimene seeriatoodangus haagis, mis on kaetud Duplex (kuumtsink + värv) pinnakaitsesüsteemiga. See tagab C5 korrosioonikaitsekategooria ning on kordades vastupidavam kui Magnelis® või tavaline HDG kate. Lisaks praktilisusele näeb haagis stiilne välja ning seda on sama lihtne pesta kui autot.
Black Duplexi on komposiit esiluuk, mis ühendab endas tugeva metallkonstruktsiooni ja vastupidava polümeerkatte. Selline lahendus tagab parema kaitse just nendele pindadele, mis saavad kõige rohkem kahjustada auto rataste alt lendavate kivide tõttu.
Kahekordse pinnakatte ning tugevdatud täiskeevisraamiga haagis on mõeldud igapäevaseks kasutamiseks eriti raskete koormate vedamisel. Haagise tootmisel on kasutatud põhjamaistesse oludesse sobivat, kuumtsingitud ja värvitud lehtmetalli maailma suurimalt ning keskkonnasõbralikumalt eri- ja kõrgklassiteraste tootjalt SSAB. Tugevad kahe soonega küljeprofiilid suurendavad haagise jäikust. Amortidega lehtvedrustus leevendab löökaukude mõju haagisele ja parandab sõiduomadusi. Veekindlad rummud kindlustavad laagritele pikema eluea. Spetsiaalvärviga kaetud metallist poritiivad ja astmelauad taluvad pealeastumist ning muudavad haagise kasutamise mugavamaks. Vastupidav spetsiaalvärv kaitseb tõhusalt libisemise ja kivitäkete eest.
Veokast on koorma turvaliseks kinnitamiseks varustatud seest rihma-aasadega ja väljast konksudega. Rihma-aasad on kinnitatud haagise küljepostidele, et tagada suurem tõmbetugevus koorma kinnitamisel. Lisaks on seeläbi haagise põhi täies ulatuses kasutatav ning aasad ei sega peale- ja mahalaadimist (näiteks puistematerjal). Veokast on nii seest kui ka väljast tsingitud ja värvitud, pakkudes suurepärast korrosioonikaitset ning lihtsamat hooldust. Kallutatav veokast ja täiskeevisraamil tagaluuk võimaldab haagist kasutada kergemate sõidukitega peale ning maha sõiduks (murutraktor, ATV jms).

What gross weight trailer can be part of a car train?
Traffic Act describes it as follows:
§ 34. paragraph 11 – The laden mass of a trailer of a road train or a machine train must not exceed the maximum mass of the trailer determined upon registration of the traction unit. § 2 p. 84 – “the laden mass is the mass of the vehicle at a given moment together with its driver, passengers and cargo.”

How to buy?
- Check out the selection on the website or at the delivery point and choose the trailer that suits you.
- All trailers for sale at Tiki 24/7 delivery points are already registered with the Transport Administration and are ready to take part in traffic immediately after purchase. The state fee for trailer registration of €98 must be paid by the Buyer together with the purchase of the trailer (automatically added to the shopping cart).
- Click on the “Add to cart” button on the website and then “Proceed to checkout“.
- Enter the Buyer’s details. Make sure that the data is correct, because based on the entered data, we initiate the change of ownership in the e-environment of the Transport Administration. The actions of the change of ownership must be confirmed by the Buyer within 5 calendar days.
- Make the payment via the bank link.
- After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, in which you will find the 4-digit access code and the number of the locking post located at the corresponding delivery point.
- To unlock the trailer, enter the received access code on the corresponding post, then release the locking lever.
We initiate the change of ownership in the e-environment of the Transport Administration no later than the next working day. We will also then send a copy of the purchase invoice for the trailer to your e-mail address.
